My Craft

Ever since I was young, I’ve been inspired by storytellers on and off the screen who commit their bodies and minds to their craft, in more ways than one. Acting is for me, a beautiful meeting ground between the internal and the external forces.

Not only exploring emotions, but actually putting that energy in motion to pull off grounded, larger-than-life moments for the exploration and wonder of the audience sets my soul aflame. I love it.

Scene from ‘Reveille’

“My acting Style (if it could be categorized) is an amalgamation of Stanford Meisner Technique and Japanese Suzuki Method; as well as Lee Strasberg Method; with a heavy focus on body language training and Buddhist energetic Philosophies.” But at the end of the day I’m searching for honesty and truth.

Preparation, Breath, and PRESENCE are at the center of my work both on and off-screen.
